Personal licences cover your own prints and unpaid gifts. Commercial licences also let you sell physical prints. Neither permits sharing or reselling digital files.
FOREVER SNS — PERSONAL 3D PRINTING LICENCE Version 2026-09-20-v1 This licence applies to the Forever SnS design identified in your purchase receipt and the STL/3MF files supplied with it. Copyright remains with Forever SnS or its licensors. Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to the named purchaser; it does not transfer ownership of the design. PERSONAL USE: You may download, keep backup copies, modify and print the design for your own non-commercial use and as unpaid gifts. You may not sell prints, take paid commissions using it, or use it in a business. A commercial licence is needed for these activities. FILES STAY PRIVATE: Do not share, upload, distribute, sell, sublicense or give away the digital files, including modified versions, converted formats, slices or project files that reproduce the design. Do not include them in bundles, public repositories, subscriptions or shared libraries. Recipients of physical prints receive no digital-file rights. You may keep private backups and use a private slicer service only where it does not publish or redistribute the design. MODIFICATIONS: You may adapt the files for the uses allowed by this licence. Modifying a design does not remove these restrictions or give you rights to distribute the underlying design. Do not claim the original design as your own. You may photograph and display your lawful physical prints. DURATION: The licence continues indefinitely for the purchased version while you comply with these terms. If you materially breach it, we may terminate it after giving written notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach where it can be remedied. Following termination you must stop using the files and delete copies except records required by law. PRINTING: Files are digital products, not physical goods. Read the listing's format, material, filament and AMS requirements before purchase. Filament estimates vary with scale, supports, settings and purge waste. Printer setup and print results depend on your equipment and materials. A 3MF project may need settings adapted to your printer. No future updates or bespoke support are included unless expressly stated on the listing. YOUR RIGHTS: Nothing in this licence excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Consent to immediate download does not remove those rights. For consumers who expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge the loss of their cancellation right, the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right ends when supply begins, as permitted by applicable law.
