How much is delivery?

Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and the delivery service available for your parcel.

Free delivery over £60

Orders with a qualifying value of £60 or more receive free delivery.

Where your order qualifies, the free delivery option will be shown automatically during checkout.

Which delivery companies do you use?

Depending on the size, weight and requirements of your parcel, we may use delivery services including Royal Mail, Evri or DPD.

This allows us to choose an appropriate delivery service for different types of Forever SnS products.

If you're local, you can choose collection instead of delivery when placing your order.

Once your order is ready, collection arrangements can be confirmed with you so you know when your purchase is available to collect.

Reserved items are dispatched or released for collection only when that reservation is paid in full. Normal preparation and delivery times begin after full payment, subject to the product information. Paying the deposit does not start dispatch. Read the Forever Reserve payment terms.
