Medical ID profiles may contain health information, photographs, personal details and emergency contacts you choose to enter. We use your explicit consent to store this information for the Medical ID service and to publish only the sections you select while the ID is active. Please obtain permission before entering someone else’s details.

Profiles start private. Anyone with an active QR link can view and copy the published sections, including any address or contact details in a shared section. Unselected sections are not included in the public page. The engraving admin screen shows the account link, QR code and status, not your private medical details.

You can edit sharing choices or deactivate the public page in My Medical IDs. Erase information & deactivate removes the saved details and photograph from the active database and withdraws consent; the ID’s account link and purchase record remain. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backups are rotated. For further deletion or privacy questions, contact sales@foreversns.co.uk. These details are not used for advertising.

Records expire after five minutes and are removed on the next analytics request. Change your choice using “Live visitor privacy choices” in the footer of a public page. Your allow/decline choice is stored on your device.

Some service providers used to operate our website may process information outside the United Kingdom.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will take appropriate steps required by UK data protection law to protect that information.
